Jordan Xavier has more than fourteen years of experience delivering accommodation, support workers, and consultancy services to private, voluntary, and statutory organisations. Our work covers areas such as registration and inspection, housing, disability, mental health, homelessness, and support for a wide range of clients.

We recognise that every individual is unique, which is why our care programmes are carefully tailored to meet each person’s specific needs. With a team of qualified and trained staff, we create a safe and secure environment where clients can grow, build confidence, and receive support through challenges.

At Jordan Xavier, we take a collaborative approach to care, ensuring each person receives the support they require. Our goal is to foster a sense of trust and stability, enabling clients to reach their full potential.

Our Accomodation

Jordan Xavier has access to more than 1000 properties across England and Wales. Each property is selected for its suitability, flexibility, and practicality. In most cases, accommodation is located close to shops, transport links, healthcare services, schools or colleges, and local amenities, although more secluded options are also available where appropriate.

All accommodation provided by Jordan Xavier and its partner organisations is inspected by Local Environmental Health and Health and Safety units, as well as by fire, gas, and electrical inspectors. Each property meets the required standards set by these authorities before being made available for use.

The accommodation is fully furnished and includes essential items such as bed linen, cooking utensils, sheets, and blankets. Rooms can be arranged and equipped to suit the individual needs and preferences of each resident. Jordan Xavier’s auxiliary staff are also available to maintain and service the properties as required.

The organisation offers a wide range of accommodation options, including bedsits and mother and baby units, as well as floating support, semi independent, and fully independent living arrangements. We also provide one to one placements for young people who require short breaks or more intensive support. In addition, specialist accommodation is available for young people with disabilities.
